این‌ها شرایطِ استفاده از رساگرام است. کوتاه نوشتیم چون واقعاً می‌خواهیم بخوانی‌اش. با نصب و استفاده از اپ، این شرایط را می‌پذیری. These are the terms for using Rasagram. We kept them short because we actually want you to read them. By installing and using the app, you accept them.

۱. رساگرام چیست1. What Rasagram is

رساگرام یک اپِ اندرویدِ ایرانی است که سه لایه دارد: اپِ پیامکِ پیش‌فرض، پیامِ اینترنتیِ رایگان بین کاربرهای رساگرام، و یک صندوقِ هوشمند که روی خودِ گوشی کد و تراکنش و رهگیری را جدا می‌کند. لایه‌ی پیامک با هر شماره‌ای کار می‌کند؛ طرفِ مقابل لازم نیست رساگرام داشته باشد. Rasagram is an Iranian Android app with three layers: a default SMS app, free internet messaging between Rasagram users, and a smart inbox that separates codes, transactions and tracking numbers on the device itself. The SMS layer works with any number; the other side doesn't need Rasagram.

۲. حساب و شماره2. Account and number

برای لایه‌ی پیامِ اینترنتی، حسابت به شماره‌ی موبایلت بسته است. مسئولیتِ نگه‌داشتنِ دسترسی به آن شماره و دستگاهت با توست. اگر شماره‌ات را به شخصِ دیگری واگذار کنی، ممکن است حساب و پیام‌های در صفِ قدیمی باطل شوند. یک شماره برای یک نفر است؛ حسابِ اشتراکی یا خودکار (بات) بدونِ اجازه‌ی ما مجاز نیست. For the internet-messaging layer, your account is tied to your mobile number. Keeping access to that number and your device is your responsibility. If you transfer your number to someone else, the account and any queued messages may be invalidated. One number is for one person; shared or automated (bot) accounts are not allowed without our permission.

۳. استفاده‌ی درست3. Acceptable use

هنگام استفاده از رساگرام این کارها را نکن:While using Rasagram, don't:

• ارسالِ انبوهِ ناخواسته (اسپم)، کلاه‌برداری، فیشینگ، یا جعلِ هویتِ دیگران.Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), run scams or phishing, or impersonate others.
• آزار، تهدید، یا انتشارِ محتوایی که قانونِ ایران آن را ممنوع کرده.Harass, threaten, or share content prohibited by Iranian law.
• تلاش برای نفوذ، مهندسیِ معکوس، یا وارد کردنِ فشارِ غیرعادی به سرویس.Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or place abnormal load on the service.
• استفاده از سرویس برای کاری که به کاربرهای دیگر یا زیرساخت آسیب می‌زند.Use the service in ways that harm other users or the infrastructure.

اگر این قوانین را جدی نقض کنی، ممکن است دسترسی‌ات به لایه‌ی پیامِ اینترنتی محدود یا قطع شود.Serious violations may limit or end your access to the internet-messaging layer.

۴. لایه‌ی پیامک به اپراتور وابسته است4. The SMS layer depends on your carrier

ارسال و دریافتِ پیامک از طریقِ سیم‌کارت و اپراتورِ توست و تابعِ تعرفه، پوششِ شبکه و محدودیت‌های همان اپراتور است. رساگرام هزینه‌ی پیامک را تعیین نمی‌کند و مسئولِ تأخیر یا نرسیدنِ پیامکی که از سمتِ شبکه‌ی مخابراتی رخ دهد نیست. پیامِ زمان‌بندی‌شده و «لغوِ ارسال» امکاناتِ داخلِ اپ‌اند و به روشن‌بودنِ گوشی بستگی دارند. Sending and receiving SMS goes through your SIM and carrier and is subject to that carrier's pricing, coverage and limits. Rasagram does not set SMS pricing and is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by the mobile network. Scheduled send and "undo send" are in-app features that depend on your phone being on.

۵. به‌روزرسانی‌ها5. Updates

رساگرام ممکن است به‌روزرسانی منتشر کند. نسخه‌ی دانلودِ مستقیم می‌تواند به‌روزرسانی را داخلِ اپ به تو پیشنهاد بدهد و بعد از تأییدِ خودت نصب کند. گاهی برای امنیت یا سازگاری، به‌روزرسانی به یک نسخه‌ی حداقلی الزامی می‌شود؛ در این حالت لایه‌ی پیامک همچنان کار می‌کند. Rasagram may release updates. The direct-download build can offer an update inside the app and install it after your confirmation. Occasionally, for security or compatibility, updating to a minimum version becomes required; in that case the SMS layer still works.

۶. سرویس «همان‌طور که هست»6. Service "as is"

ما تلاشمان را می‌کنیم که رساگرام پایدار و امن باشد، ولی سرویس «همان‌طور که هست» ارائه می‌شود و تضمینِ بی‌وقفه بودن نمی‌دهیم. تا جایی که قانون اجازه می‌دهد، رساگرام مسئولِ خسارتِ غیرمستقیم ناشی از قطعی، از دست رفتنِ پیام، یا خطای سرویس نیست. لایه‌ی هوش کمک‌کننده است نه بی‌خطا؛ همیشه خودت کدِ تأیید و مبلغ را قبل از اقدام بررسی کن. We work to keep Rasagram stable and secure, but the service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, Rasagram is not liable for indirect damages from outages, lost messages, or service errors. The smart layer is a helper, not infallible; always check a verification code or amount yourself before acting on it.

۷. پرداخت7. Payments

رساگرام در حالِ حاضر رایگان است. اگر در آینده امکاناتِ پولی اضافه شود، شرایط و قیمتِ آن پیش از خرید و به‌روشنی داخلِ اپ نمایش داده می‌شود و این صفحه به‌روز می‌شود. Rasagram is currently free. If paid features are added later, their terms and price will be shown clearly in the app before purchase, and this page will be updated.

۸. قانونِ حاکم و تماس8. Governing law and contact

این شرایط تابعِ قوانینِ جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. اگر بندی از این شرایط تغییر کند، تاریخِ بالای صفحه به‌روز می‌شود و تغییرِ مهم داخلِ اپ اطلاع داده می‌شود. سؤال: hi@rasagram.com.
