رساگرام سه کار می‌کند: پیامک، پیامِ اینترنتی بین کاربرهای رساگرام، و یک صندوقِ هوشمند که کد و تراکنش و رهگیری را از شلوغی جدا می‌کند. این صفحه رک می‌گوید هر کدام چه داده‌ای لازم دارد و چه داده‌ای هیچ‌وقت از گوشیِ تو بیرون نمی‌رود. Rasagram does three things: SMS, internet messaging between Rasagram users, and a smart inbox that pulls codes, transactions and tracking numbers out of the noise. This page says plainly what data each one needs — and what never leaves your phone.

۱. ثبت‌نام و شماره‌ی موبایل1. Sign-up and your mobile number

برای فعال‌کردنِ پیامِ اینترنتیِ رساگرام، شماره‌ی موبایلت را می‌گیریم و یک کدِ یک‌بارمصرف با پیامک می‌فرستیم. شماره روی سرورِ ما ذخیره می‌شود تا کاربرهای دیگر بتوانند به تو پیام بدهند و تا دستگاهت به حسابت وصل بماند. کدِ تأیید فقط به‌صورتِ هش نگه داشته می‌شود و بعد از چند دقیقه پاک می‌شود. To turn on Rasagram internet messaging, we take your mobile number and send a one-time code by SMS. The number is stored on our server so other users can message you and your device stays linked to your account. The verification code is kept only as a hash and deleted after a few minutes.

پیامکِ کد از طریقِ سرویسِ پیامکیِ «ippanel» (ملی‌پیامک) ارسال می‌شود؛ یعنی شماره‌ی تو برای همان یک پیام به آن سرویس هم می‌رسد. اگر فقط از لایه‌ی پیامکِ رساگرام استفاده کنی، اصلاً حساب لازم نیست و این مرحله رخ نمی‌دهد. The code SMS is sent through the "ippanel" SMS provider, so your number reaches that provider for that one message. If you only use Rasagram's SMS layer, no account is needed and this step never happens.

۲. پیامِ رساگرام (بین کاربرها)2. Rasagram messages (between users)

وقتی هر دو طرف رساگرام دارید، پیام از اینترنت و از طریقِ سرورِ ما رد می‌شود. رساگرام رک است: این پیام‌ها روی سرور و در مسیرِ انتقال رمز می‌شوند، ولی رمزنگاریِ سرتاسری (E2EE) هنوز نیامده و ما ادعایش را نمی‌کنیم. پیام فقط تا زمانِ تحویل نگه داشته می‌شود و حداکثر ۳۰ روز؛ بعد از آن حذف می‌شود. When both sides have Rasagram, the message goes over the internet through our server. Rasagram is upfront: these messages are encrypted on the server and in transit, but full end-to-end encryption (E2EE) isn't here yet and we don't claim it. A message is kept only until delivery, and at most 30 days, then deleted.

برای اینکه بفهمیم کدام‌یک از مخاطبینت رساگرام دارند، به‌جای فرستادنِ لیستِ مخاطبین، فقط نشانه‌های هش‌شده و کوتاه‌شده (k-anonymity) بررسی می‌شود — سرور شماره‌ی خامِ مخاطبینت را نمی‌بیند. To find which of your contacts are on Rasagram, instead of uploading your contact list we only check short, hashed, bucketed markers (k-anonymity) — the server never sees your contacts' raw numbers.

۳. آمار و بهبودِ محصول3. Analytics and product improvement

مثلِ هر پیام‌رسانِ دیگری، برای اینکه بفهمیم اپ درست کار می‌کند و کجا باید بهتر شود، آمارِ غیرشخصی جمع می‌کنیم: Like any messenger, to understand whether the app works and where to improve it, we collect non-personal analytics:

• دفعات و مدتِ بازکردنِ اپ، بازدیدِ بخش‌ها، نسخه‌ی اپ و نسخه‌ی اندروید، زبانِ دستگاه.How often and how long the app is opened, which sections are viewed, app version and Android version, device language.
• شمارِ مخاطبین و شمارِ مخاطبینی که رساگرام دارند — فقط یک عدد، نه خودِ لیست.The number of contacts and how many are on Rasagram — just a count, never the list.

این داده‌ها با یک شناسه‌ی تصادفیِ نصب فرستاده می‌شوند که به هویت، شماره یا حسابت وصل نیست، و روی سرورهای داخلِ ایران حداکثر ۱۸۰ روز نگه داشته می‌شوند. هیچ متنِ پیام، شماره‌ی تلفن یا نامِ مخاطبی در این آمار نیست. می‌توانی از «تنظیمات ← حریم خصوصی» این را کاملاً خاموش کنی؛ آن‌وقت هیچ رویدادی ارسال نمی‌شود. This data is sent with a random install identifier not tied to your identity, number or account, and kept on servers inside Iran for at most 180 days. No message text, phone number or contact name is in it. You can turn it off entirely in Settings → Privacy; then nothing is sent.

۴. تبلیغات4. Ads

اگر ردیفِ اسپانسر در صندوق نمایش داده شود، هدف‌گیری‌اش فقط با زبانِ اپ و (در صورتِ رضایتِ صریحِ تو) نامِ شهرِ درشت است. هرگز بر اساسِ محتوای پیامک، مخاطب یا موجودیت‌های استخراج‌شده. هر ردیف صریح برچسبِ «تبلیغ» دارد و در بخش‌های بانکی و کدِ تأیید هیچ تبلیغی نمایش داده نمی‌شود. If a sponsored row appears in the inbox, it is targeted only by app language and (with your explicit consent) your coarse city. Never by message content, contacts or extracted entities. Every row is clearly labeled "Ad", and no ads appear in the bank or verification-code sections.

۵. مجوزهایی که اپ می‌خواهد5. Permissions the app asks for

• پیامک و مخاطبین: برای اینکه اپِ پیش‌فرضِ پیامک باشد و نامِ فرستنده را نشان دهد.SMS and Contacts: to act as your default SMS app and show sender names.
• وضعیتِ تلفن: تشخیصِ دو سیم‌کارت و انتخابِ خطِ ارسال.Phone state: to detect dual SIM and pick the sending line.
• نصبِ برنامه‌ی ناشناس: فقط برای به‌روزرسانیِ خودکار وقتی اپ را مستقیم دانلود کرده‌ای؛ نصب باز هم تأییدِ خودت را لازم دارد.Install unknown apps: only for auto-update when you downloaded the app directly; the install still needs your confirmation.
• موقعیت (اختیاری): فقط وقتی خودت روی «موقعیت» در منویِ پیوست بزنی.Location (optional): only when you tap "Location" in the attach menu yourself.

۶. اختیارِ تو6. Your choices

• حذفِ حساب: از داخلِ اپ، حسابت و داده‌های سمتِ سرور پاک می‌شوند.Delete account: from inside the app — your account and server-side data are removed.
• خاموش‌کردنِ آمار: تنظیمات ← حریم خصوصی.Turn off analytics: Settings → Privacy.
• خاموش‌کردنِ لایه‌ی هوش: هر کدام از تشخیص‌دهنده‌ها (کد، رهگیری، مبلغ، …) جداگانه.Turn off the smart layer: each detector (code, tracking, amount, …) individually.

۷. کودکان7. Children

رساگرام برای کاربرانِ زیرِ ۱۳ سال ساخته نشده و عمداً داده‌ای از آن‌ها جمع نمی‌کند.Rasagram is not intended for users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

۸. تغییرات و تماس8. Changes and contact

اگر این سیاست عوض شود، تاریخِ بالای صفحه به‌روز می‌شود و تغییرِ مهم داخلِ اپ اطلاع داده می‌شود. سؤال یا درخواستِ حذفِ داده: privacy@rasagram.com.
